Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Model Scenery World

All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please contact us for an RMA before shipping your return.

1. Returns & Refunds

  • Standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom orders or personalized items.

  • Clearance or “final sale” products.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
